  Lovely food and a great selection to choose from. The waiting on staff are very friendly and attentive. They also have a fixed price menu which is great value and if you time it right they do it 2 for 1 drinks deal as well. One of the favourite places.

  Food wasn't that great but I'm pretty sure that's just my personal taste. The service was fantastic. They were understaffed but you wouldn't even notice. Our server was even more attentive than most other restaurants where they are regularly staffed. Overall, it was a good experience.

  Absolutely horrible service and establishment. I cannot believe this place is still in business. The restaurant is literally falling apart. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian Long Island Ice Tea and it did not taste like it had any alcohol in it at all and it should have had 4. The food was cold after we waited for over an hour and there was only 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The server did not know the difference in beer and sweet tea. The sweet tea was soured. We had drinks on our tab that we did not order. The server stated he would inform the manager of our service and NO MANAGER came by our table to see us. I could not visually see a manager on the floor, period. However I could see ALL the unprofessional servers playing around, chest tattoos on a female with her shirt lower than what my hometown Applebee’s would display... my husband saw employees fraternizing in the restrooms and leave without washing their hands... and our server was MIA for some time... hmmmm.... I’ve never been so disgusted with a restaurant in all my life. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

  I'm not really feeling good about doing this assessment, but since I'm honest with everyone else I've done, I have to follow my conscience. After being served I have made my drink and food request promptly since I already know the menu because I am a customer of the chain and I love food . The problem began when the cutlery arrived, completely dirty and greasy, I asked for a fork to be changed and the one that came was the first one. I cleaned them one by one with the napkin, my rib which is the dish I love the most, came completely dry. To finish when ordering the dessert, the dish also came very greasy according to the attached photo. This review is constructive as I know the seriousness of the restaurant, but need to review those details that were highly unpleasant.

  Last time coming to this location. Your customer service is piss poor! Our server was rude as hell, could care less about our dining experience, did the very least she could in order to get us out of there as quickly as she could. Our dinners looked like days old ingredients, the beer I ordered was wrong, and my wife had asked for no tomatoes or cucumbers on her salad, but guess what came on it anyways? Applebees as a whole used to be a good go to place, but just like Fridays, you're going downhill fast and it won't be tourists keeping you in business.
